Frequently Asked Questions What method of shipping do you use? We ship 99% of our items US Postal priority mail. When will my item ship?   Within 1 business day of receiving your order. Orders received after noon CST (central time) on Friday are shipped out Monday. We do ship out orders on Saturday if at all possible but do not count on this when timing your order. We do not ship on major holidays or Sunday. How long will it take to reach me?   2-3 business days USPS Priority mail is our preferred method of shipment. Do you offer a warranty /  is my order refundable:  Yes.  30 day return policy from the date your item ships.   One year warranty on all parts.  Please email for support at any time and we would be happy to help you resolve any and all issue with your purchase! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  Shipping is not refundable on non defective returns.    Email for any questions on the procedure for a return. Do you Ship to APO address?   Yes. Do you ship to PO BOX address?  Yes.  This must be an address on your credit card or paypal account. You can add a ship to address on either by contacting your credit card company or adding an address to your paypal account.
